At Lembongan Paradise Trip, we understand that travel plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances. While we always try to be flexible and helpful to our guests, cancellations do affect our operations and reservations. Therefore, we apply the following refund and cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled trip date
A cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount will apply. -
Cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled trip date
A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will apply. -
Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled trip date
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply. -
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip date or no-show
The booking will be non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).
Refund Process

Any eligible refund will be processed within 7–14 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during the booking, unless otherwise agreed.
Weather & Force Majeure
In the event of bad weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure conditions that make the trip unsafe, Lembongan Paradise Trip reserves the right to:

Reschedule the trip to another available date, or

Provide a partial or full refund, depending on the situation and costs already incurred.
Changes to Booking
Requests to change the trip date or package must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure, and approval is subject to availability.
